I've always dreaded the time for state & emissions inspections. It was always a hassle. Lake Ridge Auto Care, however, makes the whole inspection experience fast and easy. Staff is very courteous and helpful.

These guys are highly qualified and they really do have the best customer service that I've ever experienced for a Virginia safety inspection place. I will go there again when I need any Virginia inspections done, and you should too! They also have a really awesome waiting area with a very comfortable couch and good TV (however, I couldn't find the remove to change the channel and the couch was a tad too deep--very minor things given that I only had a handful of minutes in the waiting area as they completed the inspection so quickly).
They diagnosed the issues my truck was experiencing, ordered the parts and then was able to complete the pairs the next day. I am happy to have my truck back in top running order.
They were fast, friendly and thorough. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I will tell all my friends to come here, too.
