All around experience was great
My car needed a new battery as well as brake pads and axels, so I expected to have to have it in the shop for a while. When I told the technician I needed to take my daughter to an appointment, they put two people on the job and finished the work on my car in record speed-- less than 2 hours! I even got a pleasant ride to and from the auto shop in the shuttle. I was very pleased with the customer service and was able to make it to my daughter's appointment on time. The repairs went well and now my car is running great. Lake Ridge Auto Care went up and beyond to create a pleasant and stress free experience for me, and I am very grateful! I would definitely recommend them!
