I only rated them one star less because I had a 3:00 appointment and had to wait 30 minutes after that for them to start the oil change and tire rotation on my car. Customer service was fantastic though.

Service was excellent each and every time I brought my truck in. Courteous front counter staff and knowledgeable automotive staff. If they fix your problem and it doesn't fix your problem, they'll do it again until it's right. Now THAT is great customer service! Great job Lake Ridge Auto Care! You have a very satisified customer.
The staff is very pleasant and easy to work with. I appreciate the fact that there are enough people to help you at the counter right away. There is always someone there to answer your questions. They also have good coupons! And they're open for inspections and other work on Sundays!
