I use Lake Ridge Auto for all my tire installations from Tire Rack. They did a great job with tires, as always, but also diagnosed that my new car was driving rough and had lost a lot of oil. This flag prevented serious damage to the engine. Grateful. The folks do it right.

I've been coming here for about 10 years for all my cars, inspections and repairs. A few months ago there was a problem with an engine repair and they handled it professionally, fixed it back up right, and even checked in later to make sure it was all good. They have my business for the next 10 years too.

I made a 10am appointment for Feb. 19th to drop off my car for an oil change and get the safety and emissions inspection. I got a ride back to my house with their shuttle and very pleasant driver. The mechanics texted me after they'd gotten the inspection and looked over the car and recommended a few things. I okayed the estimate. I got a call that it was ready and asked if the shuttle driver could pick me up and he did with no problem. When I got there the actual cost was maybe half of what they had quoted me because my car is front wheel drive and it's a hybrid and it did not need what they suggested based on mileage. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism. They did exactly what they said they would do and explained to me why they didn't do what was included in the estimate. I trust them to do a good job and everybody is friendly and pleasant.

Lake Ridge Auto did an installation of new tires all around. They were ready at the appointment time, installed and road tested the tires in the time they said they would. They also presumed that a wheel alignment would be needed at extra cost but came back and said it was fine. Overall, it was an excellent experience, the staff was very polite and helpful, the car was returned clean, the installation cost was below the Tire Rack estimate, and they appear to have done a good job (200 miles and no issues). I'll continue to bring my cars here.
